half kilo pork tenderloin
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp orange zest
a pinch of fresh thyme leaves and ground pepper
1/3 cup orange juice
1/2 tbsp cane vinegar
1 tbsp honey
salt to taste

Cooking Procedure:
1. Mix together garlic, orange zest, thyme and black pepper. Work into a paste and rub into tha tenderloin. Set Aside.
2. Mix together orange juice, honey and vinegar. Pour into the tenderloin and marinate for atleast 2 hours,
3. Season the pork with salt before roasting in the oven.
4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit and roast tenderloin for 30 minutes, basting with the marinade every 10 minutes.
